3. Our Services

Hartline is an online consultancy and astrology consultation platform. Users can connect with verified advisers for genuine guidance, consultation, and permitted conversations through paid chat, audio call, and video call. Advisers provide general guidance only. Hartline does not guarantee any result, outcome, prediction, or personal change.

4. What Hartline Does Not Provide

Hartline does not facilitate compensated dating or paid companionship. Hartline does not arrange, offer, or facilitate sexual services or sexual encounters.

5. User Conduct

Harassment, abuse, threats, impersonation, fraud, scams, sexual exploitation, sharing OTP/passwords/UPI PIN/card PIN or financial credentials, and illegal activity are prohibited. Users can report or block another person in the app. Hartline may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community & Safety Guidelines.

6. Payments

All prices are in INR (₹). Users can review the applicable price before starting a paid service. Billing is based on actual session time and server records.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
